Week7.8

 I write about Shiho's speech.

First of all, I'm not good at drawing, so I was very envious to hear about people who draw! I was suprised to hear that Dick Bruna created 120 picture books before he died. To think that he was writing an avarage of about two picture books a day, I thought it would be very difficult for me! I also felt great that he fulfilled his childhood dream of becoming a painter. In comparison, I'm 18 years old and I still don't have dreams, so I felt it's time to decide on a my dream. Miffy is very cute and I used to watch Miffy cartoons when I was little. I was very suprised to hear that Miffy was painted using only six colors, including red, yellow, and blue. I didn't realize that  when I was little, but looking at Miffy again now, it was so much easier to se  and understand. In addtiton to that, I was supreised to hear that Dick Muruna dosen't use rulers! If I draw without a ruler, it turns out poorly!

After hearing Shiho's speech, I first learned that a man named dick Bruna drew Miffy. I'd like to research on the authors of my favorite characters too.
